Mr.Magpie by Anjana Vasan | Music Video 2021

I recently had the great privilege of creating a music video for the wonderful singer-songwriter, Anjana Vasan.

Initial designs for the cat and the magpie. Once I started animating we both decided on a bolder but simpler design for the magpie.

A few little snippets I really enjoy. The combination of literal and abstract visuals made this project really fun to work on.
